Time Hops : Cascade

This was a kit from The Maltmiller that was a clone of Siren’s Timehop: Cascade. Which in turn was inspired by Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. An  all-time classic that showcased Cascade hops.

My brew differed slightly from the original in a number of ways.

  • Aroma: Although mine was similar I preferred Siren’s.
  • Colour: Mine was lighter and opaque. Maybe time would help with this.
  • Taste: Siren tasted slightly more malty and both had a similar level of bitternes.

Overall, I was very pleased but think my brew has some room for improvement.
