It was a good year for my garden apples this year. Both quantity and quality was better than last year. So maybe this years cider would be vintage.
I used a different yeast this year, Young’s cider yeast instead of Mangrove Jacks. This didn’t seem to provide as vigorous a fermentation as before and it did finish a little sweet.
